Where is the office?
Our Gatlinburg Chalets office is located at 508 Ski Mountain Road.
Turn onto Ski Mountain Road (light #10) in Gatlinburg. Our office is .4 mile on the right.

What are the office hours for Gatlinburg Chalets?
Our office opens at 9 a.mm daily.

How do I get to Gatlinburg from the interstate?
On I-40 take exit 407 (Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville). Turn right off of the ramp and follow to Sevierville. In Sevierville, the first large intersection meets Highway 441.
Go straight and continue approximately thirteen miles on 441 South, through Pigeon Forge and into Gatlinburg.

Are late check-ins available for Gatlinburg TN Chalets?
Yes, but you must notify our office if you will be checking in after normal business hours. We will be glad to explain our late arrival policy to you!

What is furnished in the Gatlinburg Chalets?
All of our Gatlinburg Tennessee Chalets have fully equipped kitchens, linens, towels, paper products, and firewood (in season) provided. (Fire starters are not provided.)

What do I need to bring?
Any specialty cookware you may need (i.e. turkey roasters, cappuccino machines, etc.), dishwashing liquid, towels for swimming, and laundry detergent. If you're not sure whether a product will be furnished in you chalet, please ask!

Rental Policies

Reservations
We have a two-night minimum; three and four night minimum for holidays and peak seasonal dates. Subject to change.

Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance and the confirmed rate will be guaranteed.

In some instance, we will do one-night rentals on walk-ins ONLY! An additional fee may be required.

A non-refundable $50.00 reservation fee will be charged to all stays.

Pets
Our policy is no pets. However, we do have several homeowners that will allow a small, house-trained pet in their unit. An additional fee is required. Please contact our office for more information.

Sorry, no house parties, No exceptions!

Method of Payment
Two night's deposit and reservation fee is due five days after making the reservation, preferably in the form of check or money order. If not received in five days, the reservation will be canceled. The balance is due upon arrival. We accept cash, traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express at check in.

Check in time is 3 p.m. or after. Check out time is 11 a.m. or before.

Pool Privileges
Guests will have membership to three area clubhouses with outdoor pools and tennis courts. One card is provided per Gatlinburg Chalets and is good for the entire party. You will be asked to show the card upon entry of the recreation area. Clubhouses are open mid-May until Mid-September. Swimming pools are open Memorial Day to Labor Day. There are no lifeguards! Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellations
In case of cancellations, a refund will be made if a written notice is given 30 days prior to arrival date. A 15% cancellation fee shall apply to all refunds. If proper notice is not given as indicated the deposit will be forfeited. No refunds due to weather conditions. Chains or four-wheel drive are required in winter months in the event of inclement weather.
