We’re often asked if we can share a sample menu from our chalets. Now, most companies and catered chalets in Méribel will claim they serve the best food – and we’re happy to jump on that bandwagon. Our staff don’t just serve up a conveyor belt of prescribed dishes – they meticulously plan a whole week of gastronomic treats, in line with their guests’ desires. This extends from breakfast and afternoon tea, through to a four-course dinner, with canapés.
The sample menu below will give you an idea of what a week in Chalet Impala could taste like! Our hosts will also happily accommodate allergies, intolerances, religious, health or ethical dietary choices, children’s menus – or even just your favourite dinner for a special occasion!
In general, our hosts’ menus for the chalet tend to focus on fresh ingredients, available in the mountains, and nutritious recipes to keep you skiing your best (whilst being warm, filling and delicious enough to help you recover from a long day on the slopes). Coming home to an amazing afternoon tea, and looking forward to a four-course dinner, means lunch can be quick and simple: giving you more ski time. That said, we won’t blame you for indulging in a couple of long, mountain lunches – especially on a snow-day.
