Working in a catered ski chalet requires a strong work ethic and a variety of skills & experience; professional cooking & hospitality experience will stand you in good stead as well as an ability to manage your time and a catering budget. The Chalet Company looks for stand-up individuals that are genuinely keen to provide a very high standard of customer service whether that is in the kitchen, front-of-house or in the vans. Because of the importance of building a strong team, we also look for people that are sociable and enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life.

The Chalet Company is a small, family run company with a range of catered ski chalets in Méribel. We understand that our staff are the difference between a good chalet holiday and a great chalet holiday which is why we put so much time and effort into recruiting, building, developing & nurturing the very best in-resort team.
