We're fully recruited for Winter 2025/26

We’re thrilled to say that our recruitment for the 2025/26 ski season is now complete! A huge thank you to everyone who applied, we’ve assembled a brilliant team and can’t wait for the season ahead. Keep an eye on this page in spring 2026 for future opportunities. In the meantime, we're counting down to another brilliant season in the mountains!


Our core team

We are a small family-run company with a handful of people working year-round to keep the seasons coming. Get to know us!

Alex - Director and Sales & Marketing

Meet Alex, she's one of the Directors of The Chalet Company. She's also a qualified ski instructor and worked for TCC for almost a decade before taking over the reins. She tries to split her time between Scotland and Resort as much as possible, she even manages to get out on the slopes sometimes...see picture for proof!!

Fiona - Director and Customer Relations

Say Hello to Fiona, she is the other Director of The Chalet Company. Her role is mostly client concierge, helping our guests organise any extras like lift passes, transfers, lessons etc before they depart for snowy Méribel.

Fiona is based in Scotland most of the time but loves to pop out as much as she can.

Anneliese - Recruitment and Training

We'd love to introduce you to Anneliese, over the last 12 years she has worn many hats at The Chalet Company. Helping us with everything from recruitment and training to HR and even some sneaky menu tasting, she's always there to lend a hand - we love her!

Anneliese is UK based in Bristol, but we try to get her out to Méribel a couple of times a season if life allows!

Beth - Operations Manager

Meet Beth. She is our trusty Operations Manager and has been with us for 5 years. She lives in Resort year-round and is part organiser and part problem solver. Beth negotiates, translates and occassionally nods wisely in French... someone's gotta do it!
